The Reds already took the first game in this series and look to make it a second with their best pitcher in Hunter Greene on the mound with an ERA of 2.90. He’s pitched much better at home this season and in his last few starts, and hasn’t given up much at the plate. His last start versus the Cardinals, he only allowed one earned run. Fedde has been decent in spots for his former White Sox team, but he’s another pitcher on the road with a higher ERA of 4.40 and a WHIP of 1.23. He’s given up at least two home runs in each of his last two road starts. The Reds have the better bullpen that sits top 10 in the league right now. The Cardinals bats have gone silent lately and they are only hitting .246 as a team and have only lost their last four of five games against opponents in the National League.
