The Lions are off a much needed bye week and this is one of two top teams in the CFL with the best offense. They are off a loss before their bye but do well on the bounce back. The Lions are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games following a straight up loss. They travel to play Winnipeg who haven’t been able to figure things out on offense as they are struggling to put up points in their last two games. This team hasn’t seen a bye yet so they are banged up as well. The Lions are the better team on both sides of the ball, and well rested and should take advantage of a Bombers team that is in disarray lead by QB Zach Collaros who hasn’t improved since he’s been back at the helm. The Blue Bombers are 0-6 against the spread in their last 6 games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0. This is also a short week for Winnipeg and they don’t have a good record on Thursdays, going 2-7 against the spread in their last 9 Thursday games. The Lions should win this game easily as they are 21-9-1 against the spread in their last 31 games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0.
