Seattle has another important series versus the defending Champions this season. They already lead the Rangers by 5.5 games in the division and have won 2 out of 3 games earlier this season on the road. Now they are at home and face Eovaldi. Eovaldi has always struggled versus the Mariners over the seasons and in his last two starts versus Seattle he gave up a combined 12 runs last season. He has been good in his last four starts, only giving up 5 runs and 2 homeruns. However, Kirby has been fantastic at home this season and has only given up one run in his last three home starts. This is going to be a pitchers duel between these two pitchers but the edge will go to Seattle who seem to have the Rangers number.
