This is a game between two decent pitchers so look for a lower scoring game. Harris has been serviceable for Oakland and he’s off a last start where he gave up no runs. He should be able to stifle some of the Padres' scoring in this game, and the A’s bullpen has been good this season, so they should continue to work some magic late into the game. King was great in his last three starts, only giving up two runs across three games and striking out a total of 15 batters in those games. Oakland are going to struggle to score off of him as their offensive numbers are at the bottom of the league and King is limiting runs and walks while striking out batters at a high rate. This all leads to a lower scoring game and runs will be at a premium in this one.
