Result: Loss
These teams have played against each other forever, until TCU went to the Big 12. Rumours have swirled for years that TCU blocked Houston from getting into the conference for years. Now this is their first game in the conference and they are at home and they are excited. TCU has shown that they are not that same team from last season and QB Chandler Morris hasn't looked great. All the momentum is with Houston at home, with the crowd behind them in a night game. Houston did lose to a very good Rice team last week, who should make a bowl this season, but that was also a let down spot for the Cougars and a look ahead spot to this game. This will be there test in this new conference but Houston is better than they look and they will put up points in this game as this is a good spot for them to catch TCU. This game will be a lot closer than people think as Houston will give TCU everything they have.
