The 76ers are coming into this game with a 1-5 record this season and they have not been playing well in their recent games. They have lost their last 3 straight games and 2 of those losses have been by 10+ points as well. They are coming off of a much better game which they lost on the road by 2 points against the Suns, and that was also the 1st game Paul George played with the team. He played well but he did not have a huge impact and it is going to take some time for this lineup to get used to him being in it. They are going up against a Clippers team that is 3-4 this season and they have not been playing well recently either. They have lost 3 of their last 4 games, but they are coming off of a win in their last game at home against the Spurs and they are going to have some confidence from that win. This is also a game they are going to get up for at home with George returning to play against his former team, and the Clippers have been much better on defense this season as well. They only allowed 104 points in their last game and even with their recent losses, they have only allowed more than 106 points in 1 of their last 6 games. This is the last game of a 5 game homestand for the Clippers and they have already lost 3 of the 4 games so they are going to be hungry to finish the homestand with a win, especially in a game like this with George returning.
