The Falcons have been getting better on offense in each game with Cousins continuing to improve in this new offense, and now he should be getting into a rhythm in his 5th game in this offense. The run game has struggled this season, but the Falcons have also faced 4 very good defenses in their first 4 games. The Falcons have 2 very good running backs with Robinson and Allgeier so it is only a matter of time until they get this run game going, and this is the perfect game as the Bucs have struggled more stopping the run this season. The Falcons will be able to run the ball on this defense with their 1-2 punch and that is going to open up the passing game for Cousins who has been getting better in this offense. The Falcons have also been playing well on defense as their defense has kept both of their losses within 1 score, but they have also been very good with defending the pass. The Buccaneers do not have a strong run game themselves, they were better with Bucky Irving getting more work in their last game, but they still do not have an effective run game and that is going to hurt them in this game. They have been more of a passing team and that is the strength of this Falcons defense. The 2 games that the Bucs struggled the most in was their 20-16 win against the Lions and their 26-7 loss to the Broncos, the 2 toughest defenses they have faced this season and they struggled to throw the ball in both of those games. The Bucs are going to struggle to throw the ball in this game and they do not have a strong run game to take some stress off of Mayfield while the Falcons have struggled to run the ball in their games but they have 2 very good running backs that will get going in this game and that is going to give a big edge to the Falcons here.
