Arkansas is coming into this game with a 2-1 record this season. They are coming off of a 37-27 win against UAB in their last game and they are going to get up for this game with it being their 1st conference game of the season. Their only loss came on the road against Oklahoma State, losing 39-31 in OT, but they played a lot of that game with a lead and blew it mainly with mistakes from their own offense. They are going up against an Auburn team that is 2-1 this season and they are coming off of a 45-19 win against New Mexico. Their only loss came at home against California, losing 21-14. Auburn has had a very balanced offense this season as they average 283.7 passing yards per game and 188.7 rushing yards. Their run defense has been good as well, averaging 97.3 rushing yards allowed per game, but they have been allowing a lot of yards through the air and that is something that this Arkansas offense can attack in this game. Arkansas also has a very balanced offense this season and they have been better than Auburn both on the ground and through the air. Arkansas is averaging 328.3 passing yards per game as well as 259 rushing yards per game, and that includes their loss to Oklahoma State which is a more quality loss than Auburn's. Auburn has had a good run defense, but Arkansas is extremely efficient on the ground and will find ways to run the ball in this game. They can also attack the weaker Auburn secondary which will open up the run game is they struggle at first. Arkansas actually has a much better run defense as well, allowing 61.7 rushing yards per game, and their pass defense has also been better so they have the quality to win this game as they are flying under the radar this season.
