Rockets are the better team overall here, being that their glaring weakness is offensive output but are hosting a terrible defensive team in the Hawks. ATL will test the Rockets #2 defense but they've only covered one spread in the last 10 games shockingly and are 3-7 in that stretch as well. Rockets do have 2 players questionable to play due to illness and that could hinder this bet a tad, but Amen Thompson has missed the last 4 games because of illness and should be able to return to the lineup in some fashion. Rockets play better at home, winning their last 10 straight games in Houston and have covered their last 3 games as favorites. I don't know what's happening internally with this Hawks team but I'm siding with the home team coming off back to back road losses vs higher Caliber teams (Bucks and Cavs) who should be able to halt the 3pt onslaught that ATL will try to overwhelm The Rockets with (Houston are #1 in 3pt% defense and top 5 in 3pters allowed).
