I will take Kansas -7. Indiana still has alot to show before taking them vs a team who could win the tournament this season. Both played a scrappy Uconn team in their respected houses, but Indiana was beat by 20 while KU beat Uconn by 4. It's a first road game for KU but it's one they can dominate if dictating the pace and dominating the rebounding which they have the advantage in. Both teams are athletic but the size of Kansas will provide added opportunities for second chance points and defending the paint and forcing the 24% three point shooting Hoosiers to shoot more 3s which hasn't been their strong suit. Indiana barely beat Michigan and they have 0 defense compared to KU, while also only covering the spread vs Maryland and Harvard. Have to lay the 7 with KU.
