Niagara coming off a road win and St. Peter's extended their losing streak to 3 straight after their last outing vs Rutgers. We know who needs this game more, and it's coming at a good time for St.Peters to right the ship somewhat, vs a team that they have an 8-2 record against in the last 10 meetings. Both teams are comparable, but Niagara are worse defensively so it's very plausible that St. Peters will have opportunities to score on the road here (only scored less than 59 vs Rutgers on the road this season) and they lost a close game vs Seton Hall to open the year, so by having faced the better competition, I like the underdog here as a side bet. Niagara could be looking to get revenge from last seasons 1 point home loss to St.Peters last year, but it's a must win scenario for the Peacocks who had a good season last year and are heading in the wrong direction. Corey Washington is questionable tonight for undisclosed reasons, and that's why I can't take St.Peters as my main play. If he's deemed healthy I'll gladly take a shot but cant make it my Official Play. My Official Bet for this play will be the Over because of how the Peacocks have been trending the last 5 games (3-2), as well as Niagara. So that's supports both narratives of both teams need to win and the home being the worse defensive team but favorited, is an indication of an Over situation to me.
