Reds are the better team and it's understandable to not want to bet the under on Graham Ashcraft games, but this should be a more appealing matchup for him with Padres being weaker at the plate than the last 3 teams he's played (Dodger, Brewers, Braves). Padres have Seth Lugo on the mound and he's been much better in his last 3 featured games. I expect both teams to neutralize each other, and keep this game lower scoring. Both teams have rewarding fielding units as well which helps me confidently take the Under.
