Both teams are bad, but the line is only favoring Northern Illinois due to the unknown of Kevin Miller who has missed the last 4 games because of a lower body injury. He's questionable to play today and I think he does play, and even if he doesn't, I think the Chippewas have enough to get past the worst team in the division who are also not good against the spread and are only 1-2 at home this season. The Chippewas are also 3-1 as the small favorite this season.
