Yes, the Browns clearly have a path to victory on the ground vs Miami, but if Miami builds a lead and forces Cleveland to abandon the run, they will surely win that battle on defense. Its tough to take the Dolphins at home after seeing issues vs the Bears or lions, and they haven't played well at home either, keeping it close with Pittsburgh and losing to Vikings at home (heavy running teams).
