Both teams are bad this year with their defenses being exploited by numerous average offenses, and with the Lions having scored the most points so far out of any NFL team it can be assumed they will not struggle to do so today in New England either. The over opened up at 45 and is currently at 46 and I've even seen 46.5 on some books, so the trend is heading in the right direction for my Official Play. The main reason to support this over is with the trashy output that the Patriots have given, this is a perfect time for the OC (Old Lions Coach Matt Patricia) of New England to show they know what they are doing, against a Lions Defense that has given up nearly 400+ total yards a game and mostly through the air. Zappe will be starting at QB, a true rookie but he will have the chance to win and make a controversy of the QB situation if he succeeds will Mac Jones is away. No Swift, No Aman-Ra, no way I'm picking the Lions to win either.
