Austin have been on the decline losing 4 of the last 5 matches and it could be said the level of competition was the issue, but honestly it's the back line which seems to have lost the sting on defense and have allowed opponents to score in every game since July. Real Salt Lake have only won 1 of their last 5 games so this will be a battle where goals should be seen, with both team looking to finish the season strong. Austin FC are #2 in the conference but there are ample amount of teams close to their ranking who wouldn't mind a higher seed before the MLS Cup Playoffs.
