He has given up four runs in two of his last three starts. The Nats are 4-4 in Parker’s eight road starts. The Rays will go with Zach Eflin on the mound. He is 3-5 with a 4.20 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP this season. The Rays have won his last six starts despite giving up four runs in each of his last two starts. Over their three game losing streak they have allowed 24 runs. Eflin has been a much better pitcher at home this season. The Rays have the better offense and I am looking at the rays to open the season with a road win.
