Both teams have struggled out of the gate. The Mets were 15-15 heading into Thursdays ending series with the Cubs and the Rays are a disappointing 14-18 The Rays have won seven out of the last 10 but the Mets have taken the last 2. The Mets will go with Jose Quintana on the mound. He has made 6 starts this season and has posted a 1-3 record with a 3.48 era abd 1,28 WHIP in 33.2 innings. He has struck out 23 and walked 15. He will face off against Aaron Civale. He is 2-2 this season with a5.o6 ERA and a 1.31 whip with 34 K’s and 9 walks in 32 innings 6 starts. During the season both teams have been limited in producing runs but over the last week the Mets have struggled to score Losing 1-0 Wednesday while TB has been able to put up runs even in losses. The Rays Bullpen does give me cause for alarm as the have been dreadful and the Mets bullpen has been very good. I am on the Rays in this one as I will be taking their offense on this one on the moneyline as I don't trust the pen enough bet on the run-line.
