With the win, Detroit climbed back into a Wild Card spot in the East, after looking like a lock to make the playoffs a few weeks ago. The Red Wings are 15-16-1 on the road this season. It looks like the Pittsburgh Penguins will miss the playoffs for the second straight season. They have lost eight times in their last 10 games. The Penguins are 17-13-4 at home this season. The over has gone 6-3-1 in their past 10 head-to-head meetings, with the combined average over being 7.9. I am looking for both teams to find the back of the net enough to put this game over the number.
