Washington comes in off of a physical conference game and has two of the team's top three receivers, Samuel and Dotson, on the injury report. The Bears' secondary is banged up and Howell should be able to get some big plays down the field. I think Fields will use the confidence from last week and the Bewars offense will improve. This is a low number and I can see this game being 24-21 and going over the number.
