Cleveland and Pittsburgh both struggle at the plate. Cleveland is 27th in runs scored and Pittsburgh is 26th. The total has gone under in five of Cleveland's last seven games and in four of Pittsburgh's last six games. Neither team has much power so easy runs are hard to come by. Cleveland has one of the best if not the best bullpen in baseball, which will make it even more difficult for the Pirates to score runs. I think this number is a little high and will be on the under in this one.
