(MLB) Chi Cubs vs. St. Louis,
Money Line: -149.00 Chi Cubs (Away)
Result: Loss
The Chicago Cubs took the first game in London and will look for a mini-sweep over their Central Division rivals the St. Louis Cardinals. Chicago has won nine of their last 10 games and is a game away from being .500 in what has been an up-and-down season. The Cubs will have the ace on the mound when Marcus Stroman takes the field. He has won seven straight starts, allowing just seven earned runs in 48.2 innings. He has posted a 2.28 ERA this season. The Cardinals are struggling, going 1-5 in their past six games played against NL Central rivals and a 4-8 mark in their past 12. Jack Flaherty was expected to start but has been scratched and replaced by Matthew Liberatore. He is 1-2 this season with a 6.12 ERA and a 1.56 WHIP. These two teams have split their four games this season but the Cubs have taken the last two. Chicago has a huge advantage on the mound in this one. Marcus Stroman has a 1.40 ERA in his four starts in June. Matthew Liberatore has a 7.07 ERA in his three starts in June. I am looking for the Cubs' bats to pile up runs against Liberatore and even if they manage just a few, I don't see the Cards scoring enough off of Stroman.

Play on Chicago.
