Wyoming has been a bit of a surprise as they have won 21 of its first 24 games. New Mexico is heading in the wrong direction, having lost eight of their last 11 games and three of their last five home games. The Lobos have been struggling on the offensive end the last three games, scoring less than 75 points in those contests after having a consistent offense all season. The same can't be said for the defensive end, where the Lobos have been bad all season. Wyoming has played well on both ends of the court with their defense showing up every game, Wyoming has the better defense and will shut down the Lobos offense and the Wyoming offense will pull away late for the win and cover.
