The Los Angeles Dodgers take on the Atlanta Braves in Game 1 of the NLCS. The Dodgers took five games to finish off the San Francisco Giants. The Braves had a little easier time needing four games to dispatch the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday. The Los Angeles Dodgers will start Corey Knebel in game 1. The Braves will counter with Max Fried on the mound. Fried has allowed 26 hits and seven earned runs in his last 47 innings.
The Dodgers struggled to score runs against the Giants and that has been a problem at times this season. Los Angeles put up 16 runs in Games 2 and 4 while they scored just two runs combined in the other three games. Fried has gone 7-0 with a 1.46 ERA over his final 11 regular season starts and went six shutout frames in the win over the Brewers in Game 2.

Los Angeles went under the total in three of their five games in the NL Division Series as did the Wild Card game. Three of the four games that Atlanta played in the NL Division Series with Milwaukee went under the number. Fried has seen four of his last six starts go under the number. Fried has been pitching well and the Dodgers have struggled. Take the UNDER in this one.
