The Chicago White Sox and the Houston Astros were rained out yesterday for Game 3 of the ALDS. The Astros are looking to close out the White Sox after falling in Game 3. The Astros were up 5-1 in the game but ended up on the wrong side of a 12-6 decision. The Astros will look to close out the series by sending Lance McCullers to the mound. During the regular season, he posted a 13-5 record with a 3.16 ERA. The Sox got the bats going in game three pounding out a 12-6 win. The Sox will counter with Carlos Rodon on the mound. Rodon finished the regular season with a 13-5 record with a 2.37 ERA.

The Astros are 20-8 in their last 28 Divisional Playoff games. The Sox are 69-32 in their last 101 at home.

Both teams can put up big innings. Rodon has struggled at the end of the season but has the ability to shut down the Astros but could also get lit up as he has lost velocity on his fastball. The White Sox got their bats going yesterday and they should be able to score some runs in this one. two of the three games have gone over and I look for this one to eclipse the number also.
