The Colorado Rockies took two of three from Arizona over the weekend. The Rockies took the first two games of the series before dropping their game on Sunday, 8-4. The Rockies will turn to Antonio Senzatela for today's start against the Cubs. He has posted a 4.58 ERA in 112.0 innings with 76 strikeouts and 24 walks. The Cubs did not have a good weekend as they were swept by the Kansas City Royals. They were blown out in game three 9-1. The Cubs will turn to Kyle Hendricks for the start. He has posted a 4.04 ERA in 144.2 innings with 107 strikeouts and 33 walks.

The Cubs have lost thirteen straight at home. Hendricks is the Cubs ace but was battered two outings ago, lasting just 4.0 innings with nine earned on 11 hits and two homers. He went six innings with one run in his last outing. Senzatela has given up five earned over his last 13.0 innings in two starts. The Cubs have been plain awful since trading away all their stars. I like the Rockies in a close one.
