The New York Mets will send Tylor Megill to the mound to take on the Atlanta Braves. This is Megill's rookie season but he has not pitched like one. In his last four starts, he has posted a 0.87 ERA and is coming off a game against the Toronto Blue Jays where he threw six shutout innings.

The Braves will counter by sending out have Max Fried to the mound. Over his last four starts, he has posted a 5.32 ERA, On the road, he has not pitched as well as he does at home, posting a 6.55 ERA. He has faced the Mets twice this season winning both games. These games were at home and this one will take place on the road.

I am taking the hotter team with the Mets, who have won six out of their last ten games and held Atlanta to a total of just two runs in Monday’s doubleheader before giving up 12 last night. The Mets also have an edge on the mound the way Fried has pitched as of late.
