The Blue jays will counter with Alex Manoah taking the mound. So far this season, he has posted a 1-0 record with a 4.18 ERA and 27 strikeouts. Baltimore has gone over the number in 18 of their last 25 games against a team with a winning record. Harvey has given up at least four runs in eight of his last nine starts. He has gone over the total in his last six road starts. Manoah has been good but can let things get away from him at times, Baltimore should be able to add a couple of runs to this total and the Jays bats should have a field day against Harvey.
