The Cubs will counter with Zach Davies on the mound. He has posted a 4.45 ERA with 37 strikeouts and 21 walks in 60.2 innings.

The Cardinals are 4-11 in their last 15 versus a team with a winning record. The Cubs are 19-7 in their last 26 home games. Martinez has given up 15 earned runs over his last two starts lasting just 4.2 innings for a 28.93 ERA. Davies has pitched a little better as of late but is not given a lot of bettors much confidence this season. I will Take Davies' recent form over Martinez's and the Cubs play better at home.
