The Utah Jazz bounced back after dropping game one with a 141-129 win over Memphis. They received a big lift with the return of Donovan Mitchell to the starting lineup. He had 25 points to lead the team in his triumphant return. Rudy Gobert added 21 points with 13 rebounds and four blocks. Memphis started the game slowly allowing 36 points in the first and 38 points in the second quarter, They battled back but couldn't get over the hump. Ja Morant had a huge game, going for 47 points and seven assists. Dillon Brooks had a good game, adding 23 points on 10 of 14 shooting.

The return of Mitchell looked to make a huge difference for the Jazz. With everything, Morant and Brooks did it still wasn't enough to overcome the Jazz. You could easily gt another big night from Morand but I don't see Brooks being able to duplicate another 10-14 night shooting. I like Utah at this smallish number.
