Texas Tech has the experience and I look for them to try and control the tempo and pace. The Red Raiders are possibly the better team on paper, but they've struggled to cover the number all season long and they struggled to pull away from Utah State in the opening round. The Razorbacks on the other hand are 18-9-1 against the spread on the season. I look at Arkansas to be the more balanced team and they have an edge in offensive ability over Texas tech.
