New Jersey has not been able to put things together to start the season and it is not just one thing that needs their attention. The offense has been terrible as they have found it difficult to score at home or on the road. Their penalty killing has been worse than their offense and is on pace to be the worst in the history of the NHL. Washington is a dangerous offensive team, as was evident on Saturday and they put up three quick goals on the Devils in the first period. The Devils don't have the offense to give up goals in bunches. The Caps are the better team and will this game today.
