The Texas Longhorns have been playing defense on an elite defense all season. Andrew Jones has found his shot from long distance and now their offense is no reaching the level of their defense. In the six games before December 20th, he was making just 21.2 percent of his shots from behind the arc. In the next six games, he has made 47.6 percent of his shots from deep. That has opened laned for Kai Jones, Greg Brown, and Matt Coleman III to drive to the ho,e and it gives Jericho Sims room to work in the paint. Texas has won five of their last six games. They will be without head coach Shaka Smart but won't need him to exploit Oklahoma’s poor perimeter defense. Texas is the more talented team and will come away with a win and cover.
