We're not calling for an outright, but we feel that the conditions are correct for Louisiana Tech to, at the very least, keep this one close enough to comfortably sneak in through the back door.

Louisana Tech is 3-4 after a 14-10 win over UTEP last week. It's been trading wins/losses over its last four games. The Bulldogs are running out of opportunities to become bowl-eligible and will be risking life and limb here to try and pull off the upset.

Sam Houston though moved to 6-2 after its tougher than expected 10-7 win at FIU last weekend as five-point favorites. The Bearkats are primed for a letdown now after their bowl-clinching victory.

As stated off the top, no outright upset, but the stage is set for another tight battle, similar to what the Bearcats went through last weekend.
