Both teams have been playing to several higher-scoring games of late, but I'm expecting that trend to end this evening.

The Giants have now won three straight after sweeping the Phillies over the weekend. They've had difficulties with the Dodgers all season, but they're desperate for more wins.

Note that they've also seen the total go OVER the number in five of their last six, including three straight (which is significant to note in our case, as San Francisco has seen the total go UNDER the number in eight of its last 12 after playing to three or more straight OVERs in a row.)

The Dodgers took two of three from the Padres here at home over the weekend, and they enter having seen the total go OVER in four straight.

Andrew Heaney is 2-1 with a 2.12 ERA for the Dodgers. The sample size is small, but note that Heaney is 0-1 with a 3.43 ERA on the road, and 2-0 with a 1.07 ERA at home.

The visitors counter with Logan Webb, who is 11-8 with a 2.89 ERA. Webb's been solid overall this season, entering with a 3-3, 3.12 ERA on the road.

The stage is set for a bit of a "duel" here between these in form starters, so consider the UNDER.
