This is a 10* FIRST ROUND TOY on the UNDER Bruins/Hurricanes.

We've been seeing some patterns in all three sports going on right now. Scoring seems to be down for the most part in Major League Baseball, and certainly in the NBA playoffs.

But scoring is up in the NHL Playoffs.

And that's definitely the case here between the Bruins and Hurricanes.

So far five of the six games have gone OVER the number, and game three "PUSHED" in Boston's 4-2 win.

Clearly goaltending and overall defense has taken a back seat to some pretty exciting and high-scoring games, but I expect this Game 7 to finally be a very tight, lower-scoring defensive battle.

These were two of the best defensive teams in the league during the regular season.

Carolina allowed 2.44 goals per game, that was No. 1 in the entire league, and Boston allowed just 2.66, ranked sixth overall.

I'm going back to the well with this one. I say Game 7 goes UNDER the number.
