(NBA) New Orleans vs. San Antonio,
Total: 237.00 | -105.00 Under
Result: Win
Total: 237.00 | -105.00 Under
Result: Win
This is an 8* TOTAL on the UNDER Pelicans/Spurs.
Two teams looking towards the future collide in the present Friday night and in my opinion, this one has defensive affair written all over.
New Orleans is 28-41 overall and 12-21 on the road. It averages just 108.3 PPG, and it's coming in off a 131-115 home loss to the Suns (that's important for us to note though, as the Pelicans have seen the total go UNDER in seven of their last nine off a SU/ATS home loss in which they conceded 130 or more points in.
The Pels play with revenge here as well after falling 124-114 to the Spurs as 6.5-point favorites in mid-February. That total also went OVER the number.
The Spurs are 27-43 overall and 14-22 at home. After seeing the total go UNDER in four straight, San Antonio has now seen it go OVER in two in a row, falling 149-139 to Minnesota, before then rebounding for a tight 122-120 win over OKC.
San Antonio averages 113 PPG, but I don't think either team will reach its seasonal offensive average today.
This number is a little high, the play is the UNDER.
Good luck, NP
