Both teams are terrible. On both ends of the ice.

So why do I think this will be a defensive affair, rather than an offensive one?

As the only game in town in the NHL on Monday night, the eyes of the hockey world are on these two bottom feeders.

Arizona averages just 2.53 GPG, and after four straight victories, including a 5-4 OT victory over the Leafs, it finally came back down to Earth in a 3-2 loss at Boston in its most recent outing. I believe the 'Yotes will struggle to find motivation here today vs. their lowly non-conference opponent.

The Sens only average 2.64 GPG. They're off a 6-3 loss at Chicago, which works well for us here, as they've seen the total go UNDER in seven of their last nine off a three goals or greater road loss in their previous outing.

Expect a hard-fought, but lower-scoring UNDER between these two hungry teams.
