This is a 10* HORIZON LEAGUE TOY on the OVER Cleveland State/Wright State.
Two of the best from the Horizon League to head-to-head here from the Nutter Center and in my opinion, everything points to a good old-fashioned "shoot-out."
Cleveland State is 13-4 overall and 9-1 in league play. It's off a less than impressive 75-68 home win over Robert Morris though, unable to cover the 13-point spread. Perhaps it was preparing for this tough game vs. 11-9 Wright State?
The Raiders enter off a 73-63 loss at North Kentucky. When these teams met back on December 4th, Cleveland State pulled away for an 85-75 home victory as a 2.5-point favorite and I absolutely expect at least that many points this time around as well.
Wright State's record is a bit deceiving though, as it started off 1-4, and since then has really turned things around. It has the best Horizon League offense during Conference play with an adjusted efficiency mark of 115.4 points per 100 possessions.
Look for this wide-open affair to fly OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
Good luck, NP
