This is a 10* TOP TOTAL on the OVER Bruins/Avs.

The Bruins go to Colorado with a 24-13-1-1 record, while the Avalanche host this game with a 29-8-3 record.

The Avs have been awesome both at home AND on the road, but particularly at home where they are 18-2-1.

The Bruins have been really good on the road as well this year with a 10-5 record.

Boston averages 3.10 goals per game, while allowing 2.72.

Colorado averages 4.10 goals per game, while allowing 2.95.

As I said off the top, a couple of really good teams here. They are among the leaders on both ends of the ice.

Scheduling wise, neither has anything to look ahead to, so each can fully focus on this game.

This is the first matchup between the teams since 2019 and I'm expecting a really wide open offensive affair here, rather than a lower-scoring goaltenders battle.

Colorado has seen the total go UNDER the number in six straight, but beating up on Montreal, LA and Anaheim is one thing. and trying to slow down Boston is obviously quite another.
