Cleveland has seen the total go OVER the number in two sraight, most recently a 108-104 setback at New Orleans. That was two nights after a 144-99 destruction of the Raptors.
But with a game at home against the Hawks on New Year's Eve, I believe the visiting side will get caught looking ahead to that one.
Washington plays with revenge here after a 116-101 setback to the Cavs in early December.
