TOP DIVISIONAL TOTAL (ALMOST A TOP 10*!)
(NFL) Denver vs. Kansas City,
Total: 47.00 | -105.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 47.00 | -105.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 9* TOP DIVISIONAL TOTAL on the OVER Broncos/Chiefs.
Both teams are coming off victories.
Denver is off a 28-13 win over the Chargers, while Kansas City improved to 7-4 after beating Dallas 19-9 (one week after smashing Vegas 41-14.)
Kansas City comes in rested out of its bye week and ready to make some noise in the second half.
This is the first meeting of th eseason between the AFC West rivals and I'm expecting a more wide-open affair, than a defensive one.
The Broncos interecepted Justin Herbert twice last weekend, but they'll likely have a more difficult time this week facing the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes has 11 interceptions on the season, which is a minor concern when considering he is fifth in the league in passing yards and third in passing touchdowns.
The Chiefs have shown some improved defensive play over the last month, but they're still in the middle of the pack.
A well-rested KC team is ready to send a message to Denver here tonight. I'm not laying the points, but as I've said a few times already, I do expect a faster-paced affair, one which soars OVER the number as the game comes down the stretch.
Good luck, NP
