I think this line is inflated due to perception. Both divisional foes are 9-8. I'm expecting a slower-paced defensive contest for sure.
Denver has seen the total go OVER in two straight, most recently a 126-97 loss at Phoenix. The Nuggets won't be lacking for motivation here either after four straight losses.
Portland plays with revenge here after falling 124-95 to Denver back on November 14th. Note that the Blazers have seen the total go UNDER the number in seven of their last ten in trying to revenge a SU/ATS road loss against an opponent in which they were held to 99 or fewer points in.
