Akron is 2-7 and coming off a 31-25 home loss to Ball State. QB Zach Gibson had 331 yeards and two TD's.
But WMU is 5-4 and looking for one more win to become eligible. It's off a 42-30 loss to Central Michigan. Kaleb Emery was 22 of 36 for 276 yards and a TD.
Last year WMU won this game 58-13 and I expect a similar final outcome here as well.
And that's because Akron is just terrible defensively, allowing 38 PPG. WMU conedes 28.9.
The Broncos though are 7-2 ATS in their last nine after allowing more than 40 points in their previous game, while the Zips are just 1-5 ATS in their last six after posting more than 280 passing yards in their previous outing.
