This is an 8* SITUATIONAL TOTAL on the OVER Bengals/Lions.

The season is over for 0-5 Detroit, but no team or coach wants to go winless. The panic button has been hit in Detroit and the hot seat is out as well.

The 3-2 Bengals will look to take advantage here though and to rebound from last weekend's tight 25-22 OT loss at home to the Packers.

And with a tough game at Baltimore up next, it puts added incentive onto Joe Burrow to take advantage of this favorable matchup.

The Bengals are only allowing 20 PPG, but I think Detroit will have some opportunties to move the ball today. The Lions though are allowing 250 passing yards per game, so that doesn't bode well facing Burrow and company.

This is a non-conference game, and I think it'll be a much less intense one from a defensive perspective.
