10* THUR. TOTAL OF MONTH - 14-6 NFL RUN!
(NFL) NY Giants vs. Washington,
Total: 40.50 | -110.00 Over
Result: Win
Total: 40.50 | -110.00 Over
Result: Win
This is a 10* THURSDAY TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the OVER Giants/Redskins.
I got down early and have a poor line, but regardless, I expect a bit more of a "SHOOTOUT" than what this O/U line is suggesting.
The Giants will be hungry to avoid an 0-2 hole after falling 27-13 at home to Denver.
Washington will be eager to avoid the same thing, as it lost 20-16 here to the Chargers.
Washington lost more than just the game though, as it lost its starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick to injury as well.
What does Taylor Heinicke have to lose here for the WFT? This is a dream situation for a backup QB. This can be his team now if he does well and with a full week to properly prepare, I expect to see him improve upon a decent performance from last week which saw him complete 73.3 percent of his passes for 122 yards and one touchdown.
New York QB Daniel Jones had 267 yards and one TD in the loss for the Giants last week. New York struggled defensively last week, and I think it'll have its hands full here as well with this hungry home side.
Let's not overreact here. I say the defenses are "gassed" after a decent Week 1 performance.
Look for the offenses to take advantage.
This number is low, the play is the OVER.
Good luck, NP
