10* TOP AL TOTAL - HOT 151-125 MLB YTD!
(MLB) Boston vs. Seattle,
Total: 8.50 | -103.00 Under
Result: Loss
Total: 8.50 | -103.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOP AL TOTAL on the UNDER Red Sox/Mariners.
The Mariners have now seen the total go OVER the number in 11 straight after yesterday's 8-4 loss here to the Red Sox.
Boston has seen the total soar OVER in three of its last four, including the first two of this series.
We've seen some high-scoring games whenever these two teams have been involved lately, but I now feel that the value has finally swung the other way as far as the total is concerned.
Boston goes with Tanner Houck, who is 0-4 despite a respectable 3.54 ERA. He most recently allowed four runs over four innings in a loss to the hard-hitting White Sox on Friday. Previous to that he'd allowed three or fewer runs in four straight trips to the hill.
Seattle counters with Marco Gonzalez, who is 8-5 with 4.03 ERA and who earned his eighth win of the year after allowing three runs over six innings vs. the Diamondbacks. Gonzales has now posted six quality starts out of his last eight trips to the mound.
I look for these two starters to battle deep and for that to ultimatley help in driving this total UNDER the number once it's all said and done.
Good luck, NP
