This is an 8* FAN APPRECIATION TOP TOTAL on the UNDER Angels/Astros.
While yesterday's game flew well OVER the number in the Astros' 10-5 victory, everything points to more of a "duel" between these AL clubs on Saturday in my opinion.
The Angels go with Jose Suarez, who is 6-7 with a 3.74 ERA and who is coming off a complete game victory over the Rangers on Saturday, allowing one run off five hits to go along with eight K's. I say he carries that momentum over here.
The Astros go with Luis Garcia, who is 10-6 with a 3.29 ERA overall this season and who has been sharp since the All Star break by posting a 2.80 ERA and 34 K's over his last 32.1 innings of work.
Garcia has been great home as well, going 6-3 with a 1.83 ERA.
Expect these two starters to battle deep, helping in driving this total UNDER once it's all said and done.
