This is a 10* NFLX GAME OF THE MONTH on the 49ers on the money-line.
There's a QB battle in San Francisco, and that's why I really like the 49ers in this Week 1 preseason battle at home.
The Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes under center this season, but he'll see limited to no time tonight. Kansas City will reportedly play some starters during the first quarter only.
San Francisco was just 6-10 last year. Jimmy Garappolo played in just six games. The 49ers went out and drafted Trey Lance at QB as well out of North Dakota State. Garappolo definitely has a lot to prove this season.
KC took a big step in the right direction on the defensive end last year. There are some question marks this season though.
I think this one means a lot more to the home side. Instead of fooling around with the spread though, I'm laying the price and taking the 49ERS on the MONEY-LINE.
