This is an 8* CUSTOMER APPRECIATION TOTAL on the UNDER D-Backs/Cubs.

The opener of this series flew OVER the number yesterday in the Cubs' 8-3 win.

Arizona has now seen the total go OVER in three straight, but I believe that Saturday's contest finally sets up as a bit of a duel.

This can still be a high-scoring game and fall UNDER this sky-high number, and that's exactly what I expect to see happen here.

The visitors go with Merrill Kelly, who is 6-7 with a 4.46 ERA and who gave up four runs and struck out six over eight innings in a victory over these very Cubs on Sunday.

Over his last 38.2 innings of work, Kelly has now conceded just three walks.

He'll face off against Alec Mills, who is 4-3 with a 4.64 ERA. Mills enters off a loss to the Cardnials, allowing five runs (only one earned), over four innings.

Without question Mills has been better at home this sesaon as well, as he's 0-3 with a 5.98 ERA on the road and 4-0 with a 2.86 ERA at home.

I expect a bit of a DUEL between the starters. This one has UNDER written all over it.
